EMPEROR WATCH & JEWELLERY OPENS NEW ROLEX BOUTIQUE IN CHONGQING

Emperor Watch & Jewellery and Rolex today announced the opening of a new boutique at Chongqing Times Square, at the heart of the Yuzhong District’s luxury shopping and commercial area. The Rolex boutique is situated on the ground floor and has an impressive façade.

The new 150-square-meter boutique offers professional expertise in an elegant setting, one that promotes a sense of harmony, discretion and intimacy with the brand, which has been setting standards in watchmaking for more than a century.

ONE BOUTIQUE, A WHOLE ROLEX WORLD
Every element of the interior design features the elegant Rolex aesthetic and radiates the values of the Rolex crown. Excellence, precision and attention to detail emanate from the careful calibration of colours and patterns in the fittings and furnishings.

Sensitive lighting accentuates the beauty of a wide selection of Rolex models indisplay cases lined with beige leather with bronze trims.
A striking emerald aqua wall highlights Rolex’s rich heritage – its wave motif referencing the iconic Oyster, the world’s first waterproof wristwatch. This intense green is referred around the boutique, creating accents that harmonize a refreshed colour palette. The walls mix textures from walnut brown wood to beige-coloured stone and hand-crafted stucco panels in a pattern that recalls the fluted bezel of the Oyster watch.

At the reception, visitors are met with a resplendent Italian chandelier with bezelinspired crystals that not only provide a dramatic and beautiful addition to the space, but draw the eye to the custom-built browsing counter beneath.

The boutique also has distinct features that capture the essence of this unique location, including Asian-inspired wooden lattice doors that separate a VIP area, and parquet flooring that evokes the beauty, grace and grandeur so typical of this vivid city with its unique charm.
