Mastercard x Emperor Watch and Jewellery Dazzling Lucky Draw

Emperor Watch and Jewellery & Mastercard will be launching the Dazzling Lucky Draw exclusive to Mastercard cardholders starting from 20 March 2024.

During the promotion period, customers have to make purchases at any Emperor Watch & Jewellery stores in Hong Kong (excluding Macau, Mainland China and Overseas) and pay with their Mastercard card for designated items. For every net invoice total of HKD 3,000 or above, customers will be entitled to one entry for the lucky draw. Each invoice can generate a maximum of 10 entries! (*Designated items do not include loose stones, discounted products, fixed price gold, Karat gold, platinum items, fine gold, and watches.)

Over 800 prizes will be given away for this lucky draw event, with a total value exceeding HKD 1,000,000. The grand prize winner will be awarded a 18K White & Rose Gold diamond ring that is worth over HKD 271,000. Don’t miss out on this one in a thousand opportunity!

Lucky Draw, Terms and Conditions：
  • Lucky draw promotional period: From 20 March 2024 to 31 May 2024.
  • The last day of the lucky draw promotion: 31 May 2024.
  • Deadline of submitting lucky draw participation with invoices: 1 June 2024.
  • Date of lucky draw: Winners will be drawn on 7 June 2024.
  • Announcement of winners: 21 June 2024.

  1. Eligible participants must be 18 years old or above at the time of registration for the lucky draw.
  2. From 20 March 2024 to 31 May 2024, customers must make purchases totaling a net value of HKD 3,000 or more at any Emperor Jewellery stores in Hong Kong, and pay with Mastercard. Each qualifying transaction will receive one entry into the draw. If the total net value of the transaction reaches HKD 6,000 or more, the customer will receive two entries into the draw. Each invoice can receive a maximum of 10 entries into the draw.
  3. Transactions that qualify for entry must be paid in full using Mastercard.
  4. Eligible transactions for participation in the lucky draw must be completed within the specified period mentioned above.
  5. The lucky draw calculates the total amount based on a single invoice and does not allow the accumulation of multiple invoices. Deposit and balance receipts are counted as one single invoice.
  6. If a qualifying transaction for entry into the lucky draw is refunded or exchanged before the announcement of the draw, it will be considered invalid.
  7. Customers can make multiple purchases, but they must participate in the lucky draw with different invoices. There is no limit to the number of entries.
  8. Emperor Jewellery stores in Hong Kong have electronic lucky draw registration devices (iPads) available for customers to register for the lucky draw during business hours.
  9. Customers who make purchases reaching the specified amount and choose to participate in the lucky draw must register immediately in-store and provide personal contact information, including their full name (matching their English name on identification documents), contact phone number, email address, and transaction details. The registration process will be assisted by staff, and upon completion, customers will be informed of their successful participation in the lucky draw.
  10. Customers must ensure that all information filled out or submitted is true and accurate, and that they do not impersonate or use any third-party information without authorization. In case of any false or incorrect information, the qualification for participation or winning will be revoked. The company will not be held responsible if it is unable to notify the winner due to such circumstances.
  11. Each lucky draw entry is associated with the invoice number of the transaction. This number will also be used to verify the winning results. Customers are kindly advised to carefully keep the transaction invoice, as no reissuance will be provided under any circumstances.
  12. The entire lucky draw will be calculated using independent computer-generated invoices and unique lucky draw numbers. There will only be one winner for each prize.
  13. Confirmed registration receipts cannot be converted or transferred.
  14. Eligible customers for the lucky draw must register immediately. Failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification by the company.
  15. Participants must keep their relevant invoices and present them when claiming the prize.
  16. Lucky Draw Date: The draw will take place on 7 June 2024 (Friday), and the winners will be selected by computer under the supervision of the Retail Director and colleagues from the Finance Department of Emperor Watch & Jewellery in Hong Kong.
  17. Announcement of Lucky Draw Results: The "End Notice" and the list of winners will be published on 21 June 2024 (Friday) on the official Facebook pages of Emperor Watch & Jewellery and Emperor Jewellery, as well as in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard.
  18. All winners will be notified individually regarding the prize details, and the winners will receive a prize notification letter within 20 days.
  19. Winners must go to the designated store specified in the prize notification letter to redeem their prizes.
  20. Lucky draw winners must present the following original documents as proof when redeeming the prizes; (1) Winning invoice, (2) Lucky draw number, (3) Winner's notification letter, and (4) Identification card or travel document.
  21. If a lucky draw winner fails to redeem their prize at the designated store before the specified date, they will be considered to have forfeited their prize automatically. The prize will not be issued again.
  22. Prizes won through the lucky draw cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
  23. If the winner returns or exchanges the prize and it is determined that there was no illegal misappropriation or false claims of the prize, the prize does not need to be returned.
  24. Winners grant the right to the organizer or media to take photographs and videos of themselves and their invited guests (if any), which may be used for publicity without prior notice.
  25. The personal information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of the lucky draw and will not be used for any promotional purpose.
  26. The personal information collected from eligible participants in the lucky draw will only be used for registration, administration, winner notification/ communication and other purposes related to the lucky draw.
  27. Emperor Watch and Jewellery will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that personal data are protected and its handling complies with Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486). Emperor Watch and Jewellery will only retain personal information for so long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose. When the personal information that we collect is no longer required, we will destroy or delete it in a secure manner.
