Founded in 1942 in Hong Kong, Emperor Watch and Jewellery is one of the most renowned and trusted retailers of luxury timepieces in Asia. Our relationship with Rolex started in 1972, when our company was appointed as an Official Rolex Retailer to sell and maintain Rolex timepieces. Our long-standing partnership with Rolex is based on a common passion for horological precision and exceptional service, leading to the opening of a chain of Rolex boutiques in Hong Kong, Macau, China, and Singapore. Our relationship with Rolex started in 1972, when our company was appointed as an Official Rolex Retailer to sell and maintain Rolex timepieces. Our long-standing partnership with Rolex is based on a common passion for horological precision and exceptional service, leading to the opening of a chain of Rolex boutiques in Hong Kong, Macau, China, and Singapore. Clients visiting our Rolex boutiques across the region have come to expect unparalleled quality and expertise, as they discover Rolex timepieces that will be treasured for generations to come.

ENDURING PARTNERSHIP

Helming the company’s expansion plans over 50 years ago, our Chairman Dr. Albert Yeung forged a partnership with Rolex that will uphold the highest standards of quality and service integral to both the brand and to our business. A milestone agreement was reached in 1972, when Emperor Watch and Jewellery was appointed as a Rolex Official Retailer.

The momentous relationship began with an expansion of our retail store – known then as Observatory Watch and Jewellery – to sell Rolex timepieces. The boutique opening was graced by Dr. Yeung; then-Swiss Ambassador to Hong Kong Mr. H. Suter; then-General Manager of Rolex Hong Kong Co. Ltd., Mr. Hans Brunner; and Asian movie queen Ms. Betty Li. Subsequently in 2008, Emperor Watch and Jewellery and Rolex embarked on another milestone with the opening of the first Emperor Watch and Jewellery Rolex Boutique at No.8 Russell Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

SINGAPORE MILESTONE

Emperor Watch and Jewellery expanded our footprint to Southeast Asia with the opening of our first Rolex boutique in Singapore in 2013. The inaugural Emperor Watch and Jewellery Rolex boutique is strategically located at The Shopping Gallery at The Hilton, a popular five-star hotel situated at the heart of Orchard Road, one of the world’s most famous shopping belts.

Offering the same impeccable personalised service with fine attention to detail, which we have honed from decades of experience as an Official Rolex Retailer in Hong Kong, our boutique at The Hilton is a haven for Rolex enthusiasts. Today, our Rolex boutique at The Hilton is a refined shopping destination for both locals and tourists seeking to discover our fine selection of Rolex timepieces.

SINGAPORE HAVEN

Following the successful launch of our first Rolex Singapore boutique at The Hilton, Emperor Watch and Jewellery opened our second store in the Lion City in 2015. Our second Rolex Singapore boutique occupies a sprawling street-level frontage at Wisma Atria, situated at the gateway of Asia’s most famous shopping street.

Every element of our boutique at Wisma Atria features the elegant Rolex aesthetic and radiates the values of the Rolex crown. The boutique’s plush and intimate ambiance, our sales advisors’ unmatched product knowledge and thoughtful service, and most importantly, a carefully curated range of Rolex’s finest timepieces have impressed customers from all over the world, as they embark on their personal journeys with Rolex.
